I ordered food on the app and when i wanted to go inside to pick it up the doors to the lobby was closed. All i wanted to do was pick up food and be on my way but they just ignored me. I have been to the lyndale location countless times and been let into the lobby to pick up food. I just felt severely disrespected here, I will be seeking a refund immediately and once I get it I might give some mercy regarding this review.

Besides the lobby being a little dirty, the staff was amazing. They were working hard so lobby had a reason to be messy. I had a question about cheese cups and thier portion size, the person working answered my question respectfully and fixed the minor concern I had. They were great

I’ve never, ever, waited for a fast food order as long as I did here. I got to the parking lot at 12:20 AM, and just pulled up to the speaker at 1:05 AM. There were 10 cars in front of me, but by the time I got to the register, I had 24 behind me. The staff consistently made the entire line wait at the order machine to make it seem like the person was taking forever (I had a mobile order that I was asked to sit at the speaker for 4 minutes to give my name). I can only guess that either there are two employees in the building, or they are gaming their drive times by keeping the line from the line speaker to the window short.
When I got to the window, they had 5 people working, so I’m not sure what the problem was. They also had no ice, so I got a room temperature beverage.
I came at 12:20 am on July 19 in case anyone wanted to do more investigation
Staff the day we visited was very polite and helped clean off tables for the group of 9 we had. Food was well cooked and delish. Better than most tbells I would say.

I always like their steak quesdillas even though they are a rip-off. Strawberry lemonade is what I specifically went there for, but I guess they no longer its unless just this location. I had to go back around and then park because I was given cold Nacho Fries. The food I always pretty much enjoy, but the only good service I found at a TacoBell is on Lake St. MPLS
It's Taco Bell. The food was typical of the chain. It's fast, cheap and easy fast food Mexican. You won't be impressed but it can hit the spot in a pinch.
