I ordered their curry popcorn chicken and spicy tofu.... OMG!!! So yum!! My hubby who has never ate tofu tried it and loved it. The taro bubble snow was also delicious. You have got to try it!
**Update.... Still I have no complaints except for the wait time. It does take a little long.

Pretty bath service, smoothies are watery not correctly blended. The 3 male workers seem dirty , although 1 just came in from wherever, made him self a drink and left

I've visited Tii Cup - Richfield twice now and both times the service was beyond terrible. The guys working, don't greet anyone, this time they stayed in back for the better part of 6 minutes before coming to the register. I was asked "what are you having". No questions asked. Didn't give the total, or offer a receipt l, just walked away. Started two drinks then disappeared into the back again. Eventually the guy on the grill came out and started cranking out drinks. The energy in the place is bad. After 18 minutes of waiting for a bubble tea, the guy places my drink on the counter as he's walking away. No apology for the time it took or thank you for coming in. It was madding. I'm from an era where customer service was always a big deal. Needless to say I will not return to this Tii Cup location.

Visited today at 11:30am and place my ordered through the kiosk order machine. 1 Thai tea and 1 taro milk tea. And an order of calamari (fried squid) which was available in the kiosk but one the employee later told me 15 mins later, while I was still waiting for my drinks, that they were out of it. I was so disappointed and had to switch to chicken.
Not only they were short of staff (only 2 people working) but the toilet was beyond nasty and dirty. I got gross out so decided not to use it. Overall my son and I spent 30-35 mins for our drinks and popcorn chicken.
Hate to say this but I’m never visiting this location ever again. Poor service overall!!

Not sure what they put in these beverages, but I had a low sweet lychee black tea with boba and it made me sick + throw up a few minutes after drinking it. I'm assuming a lack of cleanliness since there's one teen boy working there with zero supervision and who knows what food safety protocols are being followed.

Workers here are obnoxious and rude. I’ve gave them the benefit of the doubt but it’s every time. Can’t even ask a simple question without somebody making a face or making it seem like you’re dumb. If you don’t like ur job, I suggest you work somewhere else :)

The drinks here are good, but the employees seem to be more concerned about touching each other than getting drinks out to customers. While I was waiting for my drink the tall teen boy seemed to so close to the girl working that it could almost be seen as harassment! If that is what’s happening in front of the customers, I can’t even imagine what they are doing in the back. Very unprofessional!

The drinks are delicious but the service is lousy, young people with their headphones that do not pay attention to what the customer asks for, I ordered two drinks one of dragonfruit and the other one a galaxi gave me two drinks of dragonfruit I told him it was wrong and he did not even care.
