“If you’d never been to the gathering grounds then you must live under a rock. From the moment you walk in, you know you’re in the right place. The atmosphere cultivated by the owner sets exceeds the standards for “Minnesota Nice”. You’re greeted by friendly smiling faces with the sweetest personalities. The menu, while slightly intimidating at first because of all the wonderful options, has something for everyone. Soups made just like mom’s and sandwiches made to perfection! The aroma of the coffee tantalizes your nose, makes you want them all. There is no bad choice, they will all wisk you back in time. I cannot speak so highly of this place. You’ll pay a little bit more but I PROMISE you, it’s worth every single penny. So if you’re still under that rock, get your a** over to Gathering Grounds and try them. Never know, you might find “that’s my go to” place.”

“Went there with some friends for Friday night trivia and had an excellent time. Trivia was interesting and had a healthy variety of topics. Dirty Dan was a great host/trivia announcer! The food and drinks were delicious and the servers were attentive and professional. Portions were appropriate and we got exactly what we ordered. It was actually a pretty busy night when we were there and we still received great service. I highly recommend this establishment.”

“Just had dinner at Silvermoon. Everything was wonderful! The food was great, and everyone was so friendly! Rylee, our server, was so sweet, and did a great job! Fun to see Cindy again too! Your sweet, bubbly personalities are perfect for running a restaurant! Hope to be back soon!”

“Just an adorable little shop! They have a large variety of pizzas (like, a LOT) with a decent amount of size varieties. They have salads and other specialities too, along with desserts and dessert pizza. Every flavor I’ve tried is awesome! And the prices are pretty average for ordering pizza, but I think it’s worth it to pay the same amount for a local little shop that’s miles better than a big chain. The employees work fast despite having staffing issues (general trouble getting staff, like a lot of places unfortunately), and they’re always very polite. It’s never more than a 10 minute wait whenever I’ve been there.
Overall, just an awesome little place :)”

“Can't believe a Chinese place this good is out here in the relative middle of nowhere. Only real negative is that they never fully re-embraced dining in after COVID. You can eat in but you get paper plates and plastic forks, and half the dining room is used to store takeout containers.”

“Always delicious food. Love that they cook to ordern so I get fresh HOT food, I don't mind the wait times knowing I'm not getting a hr old burger makes it worth it. So many choices of ice cream treats there is something everyone will love.

Parking: There are bigger spots for trucks with trailers on the drive thru side. There are handicap spaces. Extra parking on street if lot happens to fill up because of special events happening in town that make it busier.

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu. High chairs. Booster seat”

“Been there couple times. I love and miss the stuff in a taco bag and breakfast chorizo burritos because it’s so darn good foods! Wish Faribault MN build one of Papacitos Burriots so I could enjoy their foods.”

“I have stopped here before well having a vacation and this location has always been great. They have a lot of Starbucks merchandise. I have been able to find things here that I cannot find in Minneapolis. They have a great selection of drinks and food. The staff is always very kind and friendly. They are very fast and efficient, and the drinks are well blended. When I come inside the storage, there’s always clean and tidy. Thanks for the great service.”
