We have been ordering from here for roughly 10 years on and off. We have always been content and satisfied with the pizza, the delivery and the service.
Yesterday, our order was wrong. I called and talked to someone (sorry! I forgot your name but you were awesome sir) who did not hesitate to make the mistake right. We were able to get our original order of 3 pizza's and their new dipping pizza sticks within the hour. Thank you Papa John's for holding up your standards of excellence....read full review
We ordered a pizza and cheese sticks tonight only to receive someone else’s order - it was clearly labeled on the box so we called her and paid the doordash driver $20 to bring it to her. We called the store asking where our order was and they said it was sitting there and they would refund us & remake it and send it out. So we waited an hour and a half only to get a cold undercooked and seriously doughy pizza….do NOT order from this location if you want pizza to arrive hot and within a reasonable amount of time. When I called to ask what was going on with the pizza, they said that DoorDash was taking orders for delivery for them. Will not be ordering from this location EVER again!! What’s more annoying is that they did not have all of the items that were originally ordered.
