We have been ordering from here for roughly 10 years on and off. We have always been content and satisfied with the pizza, the delivery and the service.
Yesterday, our order was wrong. I called and talked to someone (sorry! I forgot your name but you were awesome sir) who did not hesitate to make the mistake right. We were able to get our original order of 3 pizza's and their new dipping pizza sticks within the hour. Thank you Papa John's for holding up your standards of excellence. BTW, my 7 year old is your biggest fan, he is why I ordered from you :-)

I ordered two pizzas from PPJ's this past Sunday, Aug 3, 2025. I order a large bacon and mushroom pizza and as large pepperoni and black olives for my friend. 22.22 deal they had. Immediate after eating two slices of my bacon and mushroom i began to feel sick. I spent the rest of the day on the sofa, sweating and sleeping. That night i had the worst diarrhea I've ever had in my life. It was without a doubt food poisoning, most likely from bad mushrooms.

You accept orders but daily to provide a proper way to deliver pizza using door dash as a back up. no attempt to call the customer, no attempt to see if picking up the pizza was an option. doesn’t seem like someone like there job.

Whoever was working by themselves on the morning of 05/12/2025 at 11:30am is the reason for this 5 star review. He was so excited to make my pizza which was his first order of the day. He was so friendly and literally the best pizza man I have ever encountered. I could tell he enjoyed making this pizza by the quality of how it was put together and how good it tasted. I have never had a Papa John’s pizza taste this good before. Sometimes all it takes is for someone to love and enjoy doing whatever they’re doing, no matter the task, to make a profound difference.

Delivery was SUPER QUICK. Dude was friendly and the order was done to perfection. I mean it’s as good as delivery pizza can get. $30 for 3 items and delivery is a great bargain imo.

This location of Papa John's does not care about their customers or service. For the third week in a row, I ordered pizza the day before on the app. The first two weeks the pizza was delivered on time! Today the pizza was delivered 25 minutes late and it caused a problem. I called to discuss it and they don't care.

We ordered a pizza and when we went to grab it, the damn city squirrels had already got into it. I called and explained the ridiculous and silly situation. The woman on the phone was kind and helpful and the Manager on duty was so kind and approved a replacement. Thank you so much, your actions are appreciated and do not go unnoticed.
Papa John's has gone down hill. I wish they could get an order correct just once but I guess that's asking to much. Also they need to bring back their own drivers and stop using door dash because it costs the customer more money and by the time I get the food it's cold. Also update the papa tracker this isn't 2005 anymore

I don't know what happened when I got food from here last Saturday, but never going here again. I have never had a problem with Papa John's before. This time? The food gave me such bad acid reflux that it caused laryngitis, which then lead to acute bronchitis. Thanks Papa John's 😬🙄

Really nice girl who answered the phone. Pizza was disgusting, though. One side burnt, one side undercooked, and toppings were sporadic with tons in one place and nothing in the other. Poor distribution. Garbage. Waste of money. I'LL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE AGAIN.
