I get it's new years day, but I took 2 hours for cold pizza. We had to call 3 times to get updates with the only answer is it on the way. Will never use them again. I will tell everyone I know not to purchase from them. Would give less then one star if I could.

Ordered food to crystal mn. Delivery driver did not use crystal zip code. Called asking where my food is, was told delivered, but they would send me another one. Waiting an hour since order was in, no pizza. Called back to the store and they said the delivery driver just got back and delivered it. They didnt want to refund me but said they would. 2 weeks have gone by and I call about my refund. They stated nothing was issued and its been so long they need a manger to look but it is our busy time and he will have to call you back in 2 to 4 hours. I recommend pick up not delivery. This place use to be good not sure what has changed.

take that extra couples miles to the next location. this location is not worth the “convenience” to you. they are so rude and inconvenient, will make you wait well past your intended pickup time.

They don’t answer the phone and just ignore you I was on the phone for 20 minutes still no pick up just sitting on hold so I just hung up and also not letting my track my order this is the worst experience I ever went through.

Put in an online order at 3:45 pm for a 6 pm delivery. Called at 6:15 about the status of the order, they hadn’t started making it yet. Told me it was going to be at least another 30 minute wait then hung up on me.
We have been ordering from here for roughly 10 years on and off. We have always been content and satisfied with the pizza, the delivery and the service.
Yesterday, our order was wrong. I called and talked to someone (sorry! I forgot your name but you were awesome sir) who did not hesitate to make the mistake right. We were able to get our original order of 3 pizza's and their new dipping pizza sticks within the hour. Thank you Papa John's for holding up your standards of excellence. BTW, my 7 year old is your biggest fan, he is why I ordered from you :-)

They always send a door dash person who always forget to bring change in hopes for a bigger tip. This is the second time I am placing a order tonight. Probly going to have the same result. I called the store manager and she was not even remotely helpful. Said I would have to place my order with a debit card or coe get it ? So your 3rd party drivers dont have change? Crazy. Since when does poppa johns not accept cash ? This is only one of the problems I have had with this store. They always forget stuff with your order or dont follow order directions or forget the pop. Im surprised you guys cant keep drivers. 😤 your service and delivery department is in urgent need of revamping. Not to mention all the poppa bucks on my account from the first order are gone. And they arnt on my account for the second order I am now placing this evening. Seems like a bait and switch. I dont feel this is fair to me seeing how I order at once or twice a week for a family of 3. Get it together.
