James was really nice and helpful with me ordering. Even was quick and friendly making sure I had my full order and could carry it out of the store without any problems. Not a fan of the location by my house because of parking so I’ll continue to go here instead.

I went to the store with a flyer, and the guy at the counter was extremely rude. The flyer was for a school fundraiser for some of our students with disabilities. I asked if he could make a note to share with his manager so the students could receive the benefit from the fundraiser. He said, "yeah, sure," sarcastically. Anyway, I won't be going back for $25 uncooked pizza.

The employee I had was nice and worked as quickly as she could. But it seemed like she was stuck handling both the register and pizza making duties. I saw a guy when I came in, but he vanished after I said I didn’t have a pick up order.Anyway, my main complaint is the size of the heart-shaped pizza I got today. It is supposed to be large, but looks more like a medium. It never seemed this small in prior years. Very disappointed.

This place is never open. They close whenever they want. Place is the worst.This place is just not worth your time or money.Their "deals" are nothing of the sort. They fail to explain anything about their specials before you have paid them. So I paid 8 bucks to wait for the wrong pizza and then when I receive the "right" pizza it is nothing more than some mushrooms and spinach. I should have gotten a frozen pizza instead. Could have saved some money and loads of time.

Called ahead for two pizzas. Ready in less than 15 minutes! Staff was busy with orders but I was helped as soon as I got in. A friendly gal rang it up with a smile and I was on my way. A great smile always makes someone's day!
I ordered 2 pizzas and a salad from here yesterday. I put one of them in the oven for dinner as soon as I got home. This morning, I was having bad stomach pains and feeling sick. Spent about an hour in the bathroom. The pizza that I got from here was the only thing I ate yesterday, so I couldn't have gotten sick from anything else. I threw away the other pizza and salad. What a waste of $43!!

Ordered a dairy free pizza with toppings including green olives. It arrived with black olives (not the biggest deal), but also with real mozzarella. I ate a bite of it, realized it wasn't dairy free, and got ridiculously sick. Called the store to ask what could be done, was told a manager would follow up. Didn't hear back. Super disappointing when it was a pricey pizza and no one could eat it.....

Unfortunately the last 3 times I’ve ordered online from here, I show up to the store 20-30 mins after the pickup time and my order has not been ready. I usually order around lunch time for pickup near dinner time. Staff is always friendly but not sure why orders aren’t ready at stated time.

This place can get busy. And the staff can be young sometimes their first job just starting in highschool. Play some pizza music i guess. Somethin with a little pep to get em to steppen. Louis prima or some jazz. Pizza making can be an art but it also has plays you gotta take.. n bake.
