Been here twice in the last two weeks and both times the meal was great, service was excellent, and liked the small restaurant atmosphere.

Took forever to get really rude service. Took 30 minutes to get a cup of soup and 45 minutes to get the lunch meal. Only 4 other people in the restaurant. I asked for more water and she was so busy talking to another waitress that she filled my water glass and gave it to a new customer. Hope she enjoyed my backwash.

We stopped in Saturday afternoon for a late lunch. We ordered the Midwest sushi (we are new to the Midwest) I was not a fan. I ordered a spicy blueberry margarita, the drink was missing something. It was over iced, and needed a straw. We were underwhelmed. UNTIL.. our entrees arrived. wow! The walleye cakes were outstanding! The green beans were amazing! The portions were very generous! We tried to go to Marna’s but they were only serving appetizers at that time . Lucky for us! We would have missed out! What a delicious surprise!

Couldn’t order. Bartender couldn’t be bothered to get off her phone. Place across the street was excellent.

Really disappointed with thier entrees. I had got thier walleye cakes with lemon garlic green beans. This was the most expensive of entree. The walleye cakes was more like a moist package that was way over season and had to much extra stuff added into it. The green beans were no better. Tasted like they had been boiled in lemon juice and over cooked before being stir-fried becoming discolored. It was unappetizing and could only eat the mash potatoes that came as a side. However I did like the caramelize Brussel sprouts which is what I most wanted, and I was glad they had gluten free options which my bf could eat.

The aesthetic of this pub is spot-on retro, love the vibe. Good food, good drinks. Only complaint is the dumb baskets they serve food in (if you use a fork and knife, you leave a mess cutting through the parchment paper).

This is not the place to take a family of 5 to. Not their fault. We just didn't know. Table spots were too small and it's "seat yourself" so there is no way to get help. We couldn't get a table so we had to leave. It is what it is. Give it a try if you have a smaller group.

Great food and service. Cassie took excellent care of my wife and I. We are new to bird ? town. The mid century modern restaurnt decor is really well done. The smash burger and Nashville hot chicken were delicious. We will be back for some wings!
