Maybe there was a time before i moved to Minnesota when Wuollet Bakery was great, because people slways talk so glowingly about them. But as far as I have ever seen across multiple locations, are stores with half full (or less) racks of random stuff that is nothing more than average when i finally choose something. Great bakery - tasty treats and excellent cakes. Easily ordered 2 custom cakes online at a very fair price. Only bummer was lack of air-conditioning if you're eating inside. Very kind and helpful staff.

I am writing this review to say that I miss the frosting that used to be on the carrot cake. For some reason they moved from a beautiful rich cream cheese frosting to a rubbery layer of frosting. I am not sure if it is supposed to be like this but it no longer tastes like good, and the texture is just plain bad. However, the carrot cake underneath is still delicious.
