The dine in area was very clean and maintained during my visit however the food was very disappointing compared to my previous visits here. Fries were very, very old and the fried side dish was a deep, deep brown and overly greasy with not a hint of crispiness. The sandwiches we ordered were made very well and tasted good but I felt there was a very small amount of ham on the ham & swiss. Attitude and service of staff was acceptable.
I thought this was Arby's not smash burger. Your food is trash.

The online app is complete junk. Never works so your online specials are pointless. I'll go to subway and get better service. Lost my business. This isn't the first time the app has been junk fyi
If you haven't tried the new steak nuggets, you have no idea what you are missing!! Amazing flavor, tender, juicy whole steak bites!! 100 out of 10!!
