Order a think crust pizza through their delivery service, delivered an under cooked traditional crust. No replacement option given. Forced to cook me $40 + delivered pizza. Terrible.

I've been getting pizzas from BB's for almost 20 years. Their consistency has always varied a little but this time was quite a bit less. I ordered the bb's special and the sausage went from sausage chunks to sausage tidbits. The vegetables were finely chopped too not slices. Very disappointing. Go back to your original methods. Not at all as good as I have had it.

We have enjoyed eating here multiple times. Pizza is always made exactly to order. Super fresh ingredients. Service is quick & friendly. They do have much more than pizza, which I think people forget. Pasta, salads, sandwiches too.

We went to BB Pizza for lunch on 9/6/25 and overall had a really good experience. The restaurant was busy, and I felt so sorry for the person working the floor by herself. She was juggling (what looked like) 10 tables, including a large party, and still managed to keep things moving. She kept our drinks filled, was bussing tables, taking orders, checking people out, and bringing food out.. The person in the kitchen also jumped on the register when needed, so both of them really did a great job under the circumstances.
Our server even caught a mistake with my order before I had to say anything, apologized profusely, and already had the correct one in the works when she brought the first out. That kind of honesty and attention really stood out.
The food itself was delicious! I really appreciated all the fresh veggie options — they had way more than I’m used to. Between mushrooms, black olives, green olives, green peppers, tomatoes, and more, I was spoiled.
On top of everything, they gave us a 50% discount for the mix-up, which was so generous since we were already happy with how it was handled. I just hope we left a big enough tip, because the server truly earned it.
I don’t know if someone just didn’t show up that day, but if that’s the case, I hope management makes sure the staff gets the reliable help they deserve. These 2 worked their butts off, and customers definitely notice.
Give the 2 employees working lunch on 9/6/25 a raise — they more than earned it for keeping customers happy!

Seemed very salty to my entire family. I had ordered 3 pizzas. A ex large taco that didn’t even come with enough toppings to cover 1/4th of the pizza. Then the other 2 were salty. Just not good experience. Avoid them.
