Today was the second time I have tried this Pizza place. The first time it was pretty underwhelming. The second was markedly better, good, but not great or memorable. Fairly greasy, which is sometimes OK with Pizza. The crust was decent and would have been better if the grease had not sunk into it.

Minnesota style pizza. After googoling Minnesota style pizza it seems most Minnesotans call BS on Minnesota style. What I can tell you is it's a 2 to 1 cheese to crust ratio. More chesse than any other pizza I've had except Chicago pizza which is in a category of it's own. The sauce was slightly sweet. The crust had a great crunch on the bottom chewy on the top. I did have to eat it with a knife and fork. A few bites were only chesse and toppings which I loved....
