Everything but the food was okay. The food was so greasy I could squeeze drops of it out or break out in acne just from a bite. It was under seasoned and bland with too much breading. Now to be fair we ordered fried food but I expect at least a decent onion ring and not to only eat breading and not taste any onion. Atmosphere is good though and the staff are nice.

Group of 5 and we all really liked our meals. Service was great, had a quiet dinner on the patio. It was early and we were the only ones out there. Food was flavorful and not super salty which is normally my complaint when eating out. Would definitely eat there again and recommend to others.

Quick bite tonight. Bartender (Paige) prompt, friendly, timely taking order and noticing when we needed attention even with a full rail she was also attending. We sat at the windows in the bar area. Overall great first time experience. Food excellent and as we wanted. Had trivia going on that night and was interesting. Looks like a fun football bar and restuarant for Sunday.More good things to say but getting long...thanks Beetle's. Will be back.

Beetles Bar & Grill in Rochester has consistently been my go-to spot for a great meal and a laid-back atmosphere. On the menu you will find classic American favorites, and their burgers are some of the best in town. Whether you're stopping by for a quick lunch or planning a dinner with friends, the service is always attentive and welcoming. The beer selection is solid, and I especially enjoy their walleye fingers. If you're in Rochester and want a reliable spot with great food and a comfortable setting, Beetles is definitely worth a visit.

I was at Thursdays downtown and it was a young woman and man at the bar selling drinks. I ordered a guava drink. The man was rude and the woman had no idea how to make it even though they have a big poster promoting it. She got the book out and he had to help. She put the same ice from the ice that was cooling the products. It tasted good but she forgot the alcohol. So I obviously had a 9.00 fruit punch. I will never return to be 1. Treated this way and 2. To have an untrained person preparing drinks.

So happy to find a place with coors Lt and lein summer shandy on tap! This place has it all. Rumor has it if you stick around long enough you may spot a “Manny” ridding a hobby horse.. idk just what I heard..
