We a lovely absolutely lovely time here. Took a minute to figure out how to enter, it was fun! We Sat at the bar and were promptly served water. Ordered a bottle of Chardonnay which was very good. The servers took time to chat with us making an unexpected trip to Rochester enjoyable . We will be back. Great atmosphere great service !

The only proper cocktail bar in Rochester that I’ve seen so I don’t think it has much competition. That being said, it is a very nice vibe for both friends and dates and the cocktails are very good - I always get the Moulin Rouge and the rum runner and I’m never disappointed.

Very cool speakeasy with excellent custom cocktails. The cocktails were beautifully garnished and "magazine worthy"! (Lol!)We would highly recommend and look forward to stopping here again.

Fun experience. They have an extensive cocktail menu. We tried the paloma, mai tai, lightening joose, and yeah buddy. The gin cocktail was sweet but the bubbles kept it balanced. The yeah buddy was spicy but not distractingly so. The music was odd - 2000s/2010s soft-rock you’d hear in a retail store. Fun vibe otherwise. I didn’t see/hear about the features until I spied the blackboard on our way out. Missed opportunity.

Super cool bar. You have to solve a riddle to get in. Dark atmosphere. Bartenders are very helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Only down fall is the drinks were terrible. I had a rum runner and Mai Tai and both were like drinking nail polish remover. Way over priced as well. My group had 1 drink and left. Would definitely have stayed if they had good drinks.

There was one bald server, he denied someone service for knocking over a chair which was actually another server who knocked it over. Overall very rude. He yelled at a girl who was on her phone for playing a video when it wasn’t loud and he was screaming across the bar. Will not return. He makes the overall vibe very uncomfortable.

Nice up scale bar. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was wonderful. The fun way to gain entrance is to solve a riddle and to learn how to open the door.We had a Lightning Joose, a Chubby Ginger, and a You Had Me At Hello — all very good.I recommend this place for an intimate drink and conversation.
