Really good food and atmosphere. Had the bowl with mixed greens and rice base, pinto beans, corn, cheese, pico, vegan chorizo. Comes with fresh lime wedges and green and red salsas. Added guacamole. Really fresh flavors!

We actually ate at Hot Chip which is in the same place as BoxCar Hippie but OMG!!! THE FOOD WAS AMAZING THEIR COLESLAW FANTASTIC THE EMPLOYEES SPOT ON AND MY SON LOVED THE BEING ABLE TO PLAY A COUPLE OLD SCHOOL VIDEO GAMES!!

I personally don’t think some of the stickers or music are appropriate for children. So if the kids are with you, get your order to-go and leave the kids in the car.

I ordered the burrito with the chili lime vegan chick'n and added jalapenos and their Maui sauce. The burrito is absolutely massive (see photo) and SO good. There are plenty of customization options available. They currently have vegan chicken, vegan chorizo, and a pepper & onion mix option. I paired my burrito with fries from Hot Chip next door - the 2 places are connected, so you can mix and match! My family had burgers at Hot Chip while I stepped over and grabbed a burrito, then brought it back to Hot Chip to eat with my fries. The only thing I'd wish for would be a vegan queso sauce. This was my first time trying the burritos, but I will most definitely be back!

Awesome vegan options & substitutes! Got delivery and was not disappointed. It was generous, delicious, and full of flavor (not just a sad bean burrito that's usually relegated to vegans). They have all the fixings: vegan chorizo, vegan chicken, even vegan sour cream! Highly recommend.

I picked these up to eat at home nearly two hours later. They were good, big burritos, but the cost left a bad taste. It's $18 for vegan chicken and no added salsas, guac or anything. It was big, but not that big for $18. For that price, I'd expect unlimited chips or something like at a Mexican restaurant.
We did appreciate all the vegan options, but we will probably eat at Hot Chip, which is connected.
I am still rating it a four because they have vegan options.
