one morning a barista made an off-color joke about homeless people to a customer, another morning one of them compared me to a dog. overall the coffee is good but I have not had great experiences with the staff at this establishment.
Bravo is great coffee with even better baristas. It’s the coolest place to caffeinate in downtown Rochester.

Come here regularly while at work. It's got delicious coffee and great ham and cheese croissant. The guys behind the counter are friendly and always open for a bit of small talk while the coffee is being made. I would give this place a 20/10 if I could.

This place is a hidden gem! I got an iced brown sugar cinnamon latte and it was sooo tasty! It was perfect, and the prices are very reasonable. I’m so glad they open at 6am so that I can grab a drink before my shift starts. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was pleasantly surprised to find that this café in Minnesota could make a flat white coffee, a favorite from my time in Australia! Their espresso shots are on point, delivering that perfect balance of strength and smoothness. The staff here is fantastic, with a great sense of humor that makes every visit enjoyable. Highly recommend this gem for coffee lovers! (FYI, Don't be put off by the photo, the espresso shot had lovely crema-which I ruined)

I didn’t get anything to eat, though definitely next time. Had a very nice latte, but what makes it even better was how nice the baristas were, how efficient they were at filling orders, and the prices in comparison to some other cafes nearby. Almost three dollars less than another place I frequent, wow! Definitely coming by again to support such a nice local place. Just wish they were open later on the weekends (when I usually get off work) but understandable given that downtown isn’t the most busy place on Saturdays and Sundays.

Love this place - definitely my go-to place when I'm working Downtown. Friendly staff, great coffee. Could benefit from selling some savory food along with the bakery items.
Wheelchair accessibility: In the Skyway so completely accessible.

Found this hidden gem of an espresso shop during my walk on the skyway. I always observed how great the service was so I wanted to give it a shot. It was totally worth it. It's a little bit of a walk for me to get to this place but I made an effort and ordered a Mocha. The barista was fantastic. Very friendly and personalized environment. Mocha was very well balanced. It was not overly sweet or bitter, it was just the perfect cup of coffee as it didn't feel like I was consuming 5000 calories in a sip like Caribou coffee. Prices are wayyyyyy more reasonable than Starbucks and Caribou. I highly recommend this place to support local business and have a great cup of coffee!
