“Placed an order through the KFT app at 7pm for delivery. the App contracts UberEats to do the actual delivery part. I get a call from the UberEats driver saying the store is closed they can’t get in and I need to talk to the store to get a refund. I called the store and they answered saying that they didn’t make the order because they were closed at 7:30 (I called 7:35) I informed the guy I put the order in at 7. He then proceeded to say “well we had no indication you were coming.” I then again told him I placed the order for delivery, the guy from the store then said “we don’t offer delivery.” (I have been ordering delivery off the KFT app for 3 years now, I have given this place a lot of business, I know how this works.) I Love Chau and she does a great job, this was hugely disappointing service from her staff.“
