This is the best Bdubs in Rochester! The food is always great and the trivia is fun! I just won a month of free wings yesterday from it! Oh! If you ever see a cool guy with long dyed hair named Dusty, make sure to ask to be sat at his table. He will always make you feel special, and he loves to chat. He's the main reason we keep coming!!

Do not eat at the North location. We put in an order at 11am to be picked up at 5:15 since it’s Super Bowl we knew it would be busy. We showed up at 5:30 and the order was not ready. The cashier couldn’t tell us a time that it would be ready. We called the manager Dan or Don he said he’s the general manager and he is very rude. He wouldn’t make things right by putting a rush on our food or anything he stated I have 60 more orders what do you want me to do? I can have it ready in 20 minutes. Well manager if he ran this business correctly he would have planned for a high volume night and could have stated when we placed our order that it could be delayed. The way he speaks to paying customers is horrible. Buffalo Wild Wings needs to look into what type of people they hire to run a business, he is very unprofessional. Hopefully he does not run the south location because that is where we will go.

If you want wings, no other place to go. I recently tried their new chicken tenders. I really enjoyed them along with honey bbq sauce. I went for the grilled variety but they also have breaded if you prefer. I like to get them along with a side salad.

I put an order at 4:32 PM to pick up at 5:10 tonight. We showed up at 5:11, and we're told it'd be just a few minutes. 15 minutes later my husband goes up to ask and they say they're just bagging it up. 5:41 PM finally got our food. I understand that Thursdays are busy nights, foot ball, the wing deals, whatever. But seriously waiting 30 minutes on an order I had already put in an hour in advanced, ridiculous.
Would've rather had front desk be honest with us up front rather than making it seem like it'd be right out.
