African American lady manager tried to deny me from using my handicap sticker when I have medical conditions that require me to park close to door as I can. Came off rude as well. I’m legal to park in any handicap spot and she tried to deny me my rights.

Just had the worst wings there i have ever had! I waited nearly an hour for 6 traditional wings, so overcooked and dry, they were not edible! I asked for a side salad with no tomato. Got the salad and could see remnants of the tomatoes that someone had removed before serving! I was unwilling to wait another hour for fresh wings, so paid $13.99 and left hungry and mad! The waitress was nice, but had too many tables and did not check back to ask how our meal was until the check was handed to us!

The worst… 0 for 3 on delivery orders. Months ago we ordered some food through the app and it took 3 different door dash drivers, and 3 hours from order time, to get our food. In the meantime, when you call the store they would just answer and hang up so the phone would stop ringing.

2 weeks ago we tried again, this time we did pickup. The order wasn’t fully completed, food was missing when we got it home.

Tonight, same issue. An order takes almost 2 hours to be ready from the store, and more food was missed all together. Tried calling the store twice. The phone just rings and rings and then it will eventually just tell you the call can’t be completed. What a joke of a store. We really tried to give it a shot, but it’s absolute nonsense at this point.

I want to thank Roxy the manger and Zack our server for the best service in a long time at the south location! The food came out fast our bartender was attentive, the manager checked in on us and Zak the nicest server. We didn’t end up leaving until they closed just Thank you!

January 2nd. Upon placing a takeout order, I decided to bring a couple guests with me and dine in instead. My guests ordered their food, I picked up my existing order and we dined in like normal. This is fairly routine, as it typically does not cross my mind to invite guests or dine in until after I've casually placed an online order. Our waiter was very polite and the food arrived swiftly.

As we're getting done eating, some lady (the manager?) decided to start complaining loudly to me about eating my takeout order at the table. I understand generally that this is not something restaurants would want to deal with, then she went on to complain about previously having a group of 40 people show up and wreak havoc with their takeout orders in the lobby. Okay? I'm not them. What exactly does that have to do with me, or my two guests who ordered their food and drinks here? The staff were also reasonably put off and confused by the manager's(?) strange outburst.

After that little debacle, I won't be bringing any more guests with me to the restaurant, and they certainly won't be returning on their own volition. In the future, I'll be picking up from the 55th street location, if I continue eating at BWW at all.

Ordered food 40mins before they close and they already have all the grills and fryers off, terrible place lazy workers should atleast wait until 1030 to shut stuff off

They closed the kitchen over 40mins earlier and couldn’t refund the same night since the company was being lazy we can’t get a refund or food now terrible company and chain!

They will sit there and lie to your face. I placed an order before 1120 and they close at midnight and they said my order cannot be completed because their kitchen closed at 11:30 but I ordered the food at 11:20 exact and I called at 11 PM before placing the order to see if their kitchen was closed. I called eight times. The first time I called, someone answered the phone and hurry up and hung up the phone And then after that when I called, no one else answered both locations didn’t answer my calls. I placed my order at 11:20 after calling eight times and then the system automatically pushed it to the next day even though the kitchen closes at 11:30 and their kitchen was still technically open. I will be speaking to a supervisor.
