JAMAL IS THE MAN!!! Excellent service. We had never eaten at BWW because the family isn't big on chicken...but it was across from the hotel. The cauliflower wings with the golden fire sauce were off the chain. The burgers were juicy and well-done to perfection. We even got some more for the drive home! Thanks again

I ordered through the app. I used my rewards I had accumulated to purchase bww bundle at a cost of $20. I was excited to use my rewards and receive a discount on my families meal. However , it didn’t reflect anywhere but my rewards. Meaning I could see my points disappear. But when I called the store to ensure I would receive my discount. They said they couldn’t see anything. I was actually transferred to a manager on duty. Who also stated that she couldn’t see anything. But she insured me she would take care of it when I picked up my food. I’m In hospital so I told her my wife would be picking it up. When she returned with the food I looked at receipt and no discount or reward was given, however, my almost 3,000 points are missing and I was charged $116. Due to the fact I believe in tipping. So, my $100 meal that should have cost me $80 actually cost me $116. How dare they take my $16 tip for good service.but refuse to give me my $20 discount for being a valued guest? I’m not quite sure if it was the app or the store that sucks! But I’m leaning towards both ! Fortunately, I know not to order from this site again. It has left a bad taste in my mouth about the whole company at this point! I want my discount and or my points I EARNED back! Hopefully, that’s not to much to ask!

Didn't even get a chance to eat. Both hosts need to communicate better...was asked how many people, told them then they just walked away (looking for a table? No clue) after roughly 5 minutes and seeing him dragging his feet bear the bar we just went to the north location

I so want to like this place. Food is good, but for the life of them they can't get a order correct. I have had terrible experience and the north store and now the south store is following suit. I have a receipt that cays checked by with no name on it. The one time i don't check to see if the order is right they leave something out. I maybe done going here because I have bad luck with orders not being done.

I always read the reviews before leaving one that is bad and the experience I had is apparently consistent with this location. I say this location specifically because the one less than 10 miles away, and I assume under same ownership, is by contrast so much better. Bottom line...after a couple previous attempts to eat on site, and waiting upwards of 15 minutes to even be acknowledged before walking out, this time i ordered take out. I placed the order and was given a 5:10 pick up on a Thursday. I arrived at 5:15, and waited 15 minutes until some guy finally peeked out of the kitchen to see me standing at the pick up window. I was told my order wasn't ready yet...20 minutes after it was scheduled and 50 minutes after my order. The restaurant was not busy... Another 15 minutes later, I got my order. Read the reviews, the bad ones consistently tell the story of how this place is run.
FOLLOW UP Just got a form follow up from "owner which is essentially a brush off and punt to the corporate response page.
This place doesn't care...visit at your own risk.

They messed up on the order and can’t fix it because they weren’t competent enough to keep track of inventory. They keep getting dumber and dumber each visit.
TERRIBLE no one even came up to us for 20mins to even take out order and they were not busy at all there was maybe 10 people there in total not counting is which it was a group of 2 and they never came over to take our order.

There was a darker gentleman & a young hispanic girl behind the bar. We were waiting at the front for 10 minutes, nobody helped us. Mind you there was 1 table in there, absolutely not busy. Both workers made eye contact with my husband & I. Horrible service everytime we come here. Do not recommend!!!
