Went there at 11:30 on 9/24 and was told that they couldn't serve burgers yet because their broilers weren't heated up yet. Yes @11:30 they couldn't serve lunch burgers. So we had to drive back to the one near 52 to get some whopper Jr's as that's what mom wanted after a stay a Mayo clinic. Seriously wrong that a burger place could only serve chicken.

Luis is the general manager and he was super rude to his employees and customers. An employee gave the drive through customer the wrong order and instead of being professional he was loud and rude. Please remove him as GM and let Leanne take his place. He is no good for himself, his employees or the people he serves.

This place I wouldn't recommend because if you buy a cheeseburger or a burger, you and you don't want a union or tomatoes or other toppings they will add everything on there it's like you get what you get and don't throw a fit.
Was asked to pull forward while they were making my burger and sat for 15 minutes, went in to find out they had forgotten my order when someone drove through and ordered 50 bags of ice. The nice lady behind the counter said the manager pulled the entire team to carry the ice and my food had been sitting in the warmer for a bit.
I mean its Burger King, but this one especially sucks

I had a long curly hair in my burger and they forgot a lot of condiments in our burgers as well. Never will eat here or the other one ever again. Not the same anymore as it us to be. It use to be always consistent and good back then.

Lady was rude I was there at 6:20 am she asked me to give her a minute which I did placed a mobile order told her my name she said pull around then the cook pointed at me she said I said pulled around and then threw the bag at me the burrito was alright not great not bad but alright

If I can give them 0 stars I would! I can’t believe these kind of disgusting people exist but they do and they work at this nasty Burger King. These are the worst kind of disgusting humans I’ve ever met and they need to be removed immediately! They need to hire new employees that really understands, customer service comes first. I don’t think anyone has the proper training or experience to be working here and most are too old to be working there and can’t get a Simple burger order correct! I’m disgusted ? and the management team needs a new team all together!!

They made sure to give me the right order, there were a lot of people but they got it right.I used to go to mcdonalds all the time but now I only go to Burger King since I tried the bacon king.The hamburgers here are a lot bigger which is awesome and makes me ok with spending money on fast food because it is actually enough food.
Parking: The employees brought food right out to the parking lot and they made sure to confirm what my order was so I was sure that they got it right.
