Decided to try ordering breakfast biscuit sandwiches here this morning for the first time in a couple of years. Not sure why I bothered, since more than half the time they would just tell me they’re out of biscuits (at 8:30ish - during the middle of breakfast time, not at the end). They didn’t say they were out, so I ordered and paid and got my food. Glad that I checked my order on the way out of the parking lot, because they had given me all croissants instead! After waiting months for this place to serve beef, I called at 7:30 PM to make sure they could make Whoppers. She said yes so I said I would stop by later. They closed at 8:30 PM instead of the normal 10:00 PM due to slow business. This place needs to be bought out by someone else that knows how to run a business. 😕 (PS: This forced me to drive to Arby's where I got the most wonderful fish sandwiches I've ever had! 😋)
they could start by actually serving fresh food, instead of something that's been sitting for 15 minutes ! they ask you to wait out front and then bring you cold breakfast.
Friendly workers but terrible food.

Burger King's food quality has declined, with underwhelming experiences reported. The chicken nuggets are often rubbery or old, and the fishburger is plain-tasting with thin fish. The restaurant is short-staffed, leading to longer wait times, and maintenance issues are evident in the bathrooms and overall decor. Although the staff is dedicated and friendly, the overall experience is lacking. Cleanliness is also a concern, with sticky floors and neglected bathrooms. The drive-thru service is quick and food often arrives hot. There is plenty of parking, including nearby lots if needed, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible and kid-friendly, offering a king hat for children. A positive note is the staff member with a ponytail who is always polite and attentive, showing good hustle. However, some areas still need attention, such as the sticky rug in front of the pop machine and the men's bathroom, which could be cleaner. Overall, while there are friendly staff and convenient features, the ongoing maintenance and food quality issues suggest that Burger King needs to improve to fully win back customers.
