Went there to get a kids meal, the menu says you choose an entree you choose between two sides plus you choose a drink and it is to also include a toy or a treat. The cashier said the POS system does not allow them to ring that up that way so they Charged me extra for the ice cream that was supposed to be included and still didn't get a toy. When I went back to talk to a manager I waited for 12 minutes and was ignored

Sat at the order station for over 20 minutes couldn't backup because of cars behind me. When I got to order I asked what the hold up was and was told I could leave. I do not recommend this burger King ! Needs new managers!!

This place is a Joke. Placed order for a #1 combo No cheese large fries and a drink and when I got the order the fries were half cooked and soggy. When I told the drive thru attendant his exact words were " OMG really" and proceeded to act like I was causing a big scene, All I wanted was a fresh batch of fries that were actually cooked and not halfway cooked. The manager then come to the window and I told her i would like a order of fries that were cooked and not soggy and her word was they are cooked. I was like not if they are soggy and mushy.

Parking: There is plenty of parking lot and if filled there is parking in the adjacent parking lot on the side.
