Communication throughout the entire planning process was excellent - timely, clear, and professional. The team was always helpful and easy to work with, which made everything so much less stressful.
As for the food… our guests raved about it! We served fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, penne with marinara and meatballs, Caesar salad, steamed broccoli, and breadsticks. Everything was absolutely delicious and so well-prepared. Multiple guests even reached out to me after the wedding asking where the food was from because they loved it so much!
Our display cake was beautifully done based on an inspiration photo I sent - it was truly a copy-and-paste match, both stunning and delicious. For our guest cake flavors, we chose strawberry cream, raspberry chocolate, chocolate mint, and vanilla. Guests couldn’t stop talking about how good the cake was - many of them went back for second (and even third!) servings!
A special shoutout to Taylor, who supported us throughout the entire planning process. She was responsive, organized, and incredibly kind - we always felt like we were in good hands, and she truly helped bring our vision to life.

I approached Pinacle to cater my housewarming party after another catering company ghosted me. They were super responsive and had everything nailed down quickly. It's not cheap but was worth every penny to me to not worry about a thing. The food was amazing and beautiful. Definitely get the blueberry goat cheese and fig tarts! 5 star service, 5 star food.

While attending the Koriniek wedding at the Plummer House I was tastefully treated to Pinnacle Catering. Food was impeccable serving the likes of Burgundy Steak canapé, bacon wrapped tenderloin, Italian sliced meat herbed focaccia sandwiches, crab cakes, fruit/cheese platter, chocolate and Bunny’s coconut cake and more. Even a children’s buffet of chicken strips and fruit cups. Staff were professional, friendly and easily to work with. Setup and takedown done in a timely manner and presentation simple but pleasing to the eye.
