I have been through the drive through many times but went inside for the first time today and Eli has exceptional customer service, is helpful to his coworkers and is very friendly to all guests. He is constantly moving around working to make sure guests are being helped.
Honestly, I think a lot of people just have problems with this location. I’d recommend going to the one by Hy-Vee Barlow. My drink tasted so bad and watery I’m never going to this place again. Other than my drink tasting like poopoo water everything else is fine
They messed up my dark chocolate nitro mocha, noticed this as it was handed to me (had ice - this drink doesn't have ice). Took a bit to redo it, and I still was questioning if they made it right. Let's just say I've had different versions of this drink at different Caribou locations in Rochester. It would be awesome to have the same recipe at all Caribou locations, especially in the same city.
