I went through drive-through to get a coffee and a sandwich. I was handed my sandwich and then my coffee and my coffee was dripping from the lid down the cup. The coffee was dripping so bad that it dripped down my window in my window crack. So now I have coffee on my car, in my car, and all over me for the day at work. When I went to my food bag to see if I had napkins, of course I didn’t. So I went back through the drive-through and the lady handed me a handful of paper towels. Sorry, but the worst experience I’ve ever had at a caribou.

I wish I could give zero stars, I just wasted five bucks including tip on NO coffee. MY ORDER WAS SO SIMPLE, REGULAR COFFEE HALF AND HALF STEAMED EXTRA HOT COUPLE OF SUGARS.. THE COFFEE CAME OUT LUKEWARM APPARENTLY IT WAS NOT STEAMED AT ALL AS THE COLD HALF AND HALF MADE THE COFFEE COLD THAT IS THE REASON YOU STEAM THE HALF AND HALF BY ITSELF. THEY WENT BACK AND MADE ME ANOTHER COFFEE WHICH WAS HOT BUT THE COFFEE WAS NOT STEAMED AT ALL AND HAD NO CREAM THAT MEANS THEY JUST POURED ME A NEW CUP OF COFFEE NO CREAM NO SUGAR NO NOTHING.. SO I PROCEED TO LET THE YOUNG LADY KNOW HEY THIS DOESN'T HAVE ANY CREAM IN IT. SHE PROCEEDS TO GO TO THE REFRIGERATOR GRAB COLD CREAM TO POUR DIRECTLY INTO MY CUP... 🤔... Nothing personal but you have four young ladies in there who's not the most savvy on how or what to do. You really need someone in there with more experience and who takes pride and what they do it's that simple I am totally flabbergasted I left both of the coffees there and tell them don't worry about a refund.,
The staff is always very friendly. I typically order ahead to ensure my beverage is correct. Today they missed adding the 2 extra shots of espresso though :(

I'm convinced when you get an extra shot they don't put it in. My latte with an extra shot almost matches my very pale self, and tastes mostly of flavored milk.. but service, and food items are great!
Exceptional service provided. The young man at the window was very kind. I appreciate the fact that he verified my drink request, counted my change back to me and hada smile to his voice the entire time!
