I have never gotten a drink at this location I was satisfied with. I once ordered a matcha that was half foam, and tasted like milk. Not sure what is going on with the foam because it has occurred multiple times with different drinks due to excessive shaking/blending. They don’t carry the food items that they typically would (and advertise on their website). The service is fine, but because you cannot walk into an actual building, there is not much of an interaction.

The covers on the benches - both seats and backs) need to be recovered. You can do better. You're employees work very hard, but I'm sure they aren't proud of the looks either. Shame on the owners.
My only reason to drop a star is that people like to know the cost of what they ordered before getting to the window so they can have cash ready and not hold up drive thru line. Also I've noticed that different staff have charged differently for what I get and it's usually matcha tea latte small and a muffin.

People need to learn listening skills, this is a new location everything should work including headsets and yet the blonde who made my drink helped out more cause others can't learn English let alone focus on what the customer is and was asking for.
