Twice now I've ordered a ham and swiss on the croissant as advertised on the web site. Each time they give me an egg ham and swiss on a different bun. Not sure what is so hard about making a ham and swiss. Hope you guys figure it out. I'll be spending my money at places that give you what you ordered.

My husband and I love having a caribou so close to our house. This location is relatively new to our area. The service is always fast and employees are kind. Our go to order is the hot crafted press (add a shot of vanilla if you like your coffee on the sweeter side). Prices are comparable to other coffee shops like Starbucks. Recommend getting the app so you can get points and use promotional deals.

There isn't a lot to say about the "atmosphere" of a place that doesn't have any space to go inside or eat. Because it is more like a drive-thru booth that also has a walk-up window, they are limited on what they can offer in terms of sandwiches and the like. It is mostly just for beverages like coffee, great espresso, smoothies, that sort of thing.It must be a nice atmosphere inside for the workers, though. There are never more than a couple of people working, but I have never had a worker/server here be grouchy or rude, and I have never had to wait for more than a minute or two after ordering for my order to be ready at the window. I love ordering ahead, you just drive up and tell them at the speaker that you are there, drive to the next window, and they hand it right to you. Nice people, great coffee!
