Hard to rate because my drinks were great in flavor but both times I went there i had to keep running (the best I could) to the bathroom. The staff was friendly and curious. This is a mall kiosk so no real atmosphere
Kara is the BEST ! Always going above and beyond to make sure my order is correct and that I always receive it correct from her store! All the other stores in Rochester seem to not know how to make this drink that is on the menu , and make it wrong in different ways every time but Kara always makes sure I get it right! That’s why I take my time to go to the mall location just to have her help because when my coffee is wrong , it really sucks :(
I love Caribou, especially their innovative drinks, and the cinnamon cake is very delicious. I recommend it. This branch is small in the middle of the mall, but it is good and opens before the mall, and the service was fast.
