We ordered coffee and sandwiches from this Caribou Coffee on July 10, 2025 at 9:00am. Coffees and sandwiches were below average in taste and warmth. But what struck a cord was when a homeless person came in with no shoes and we could tell he was genuine. I approached three different Caribou Coffee associates and handed them a twenty dollar bill and asked them to give him $20 worth of food to take with him. They all ignored me and when I said multiple times to take the money and feed him, they all looked at me and turned around and walked away. I’m a retired firefighter and know when someone is down on their luck. But these employees took the cake by ignoring my Good Samaritan aid. Shame on them. Corporate should have a special team meeting to rehabilitate the employees to higher moral standards.

Great place close to the clinics. Fast service. Not a great place to sit and enjoy beverages but perfect to walk in and walk out. Nice tables on sidewalks during warm months.

I love caribou. It’s better than any other coffee shop we have here in Rochester. I’m not from the Midwest originally, so when I go home to visit it’s hard to find anything that compares. I hope you move out more west soon! A couple hundred in every state!
Dietary restrictions: I think it’s great how if you order in the app you don’t get charged for dairy free options. It’s not our fault that we are lactose intolerant or have allergies to things. I wish they would make it in store as well!
