A warm, cozy vibe right across from Domitilla building/Mayo Clinic. I spent a few hours having some turtle mocha and reading/writing, and there was plenty of room. Bathrooms are very well maintained, and the staff is very accommodating. They let me use my own mug (please bring your own if possible since they use single use cups)
From Iowa and when I come to Rochester I always get my favorite coffee!

Food was in 2 bags, and the chips were not in the bag. The driver initially grabbed my coffee and 1 bag thinking the whole order would be in it, and ended up realizing items were missing and went back for the second bag, but still didn't get the chips. I think this would have been much smoother if there were larger bags so all items could be placed in a single bag, and chips put in the bag by the person preparing the order. This would reduce confusion/ miscommunication between the baristas and drivers, and ensure customers receive their full order.

We were in town for a few days staying at the Aspen Suites right next door to Caribou Coffee.
During our time there my son and I stopped in to Caribou to get some drinks and play some chess.
The place was very clean, and the staff there was very friendly.
We had a great time while we were there, and if I am ever in that part of town again I will most definitely stop in here again.
Their regular brew coffee is excellent and fairly priced. A few comfy seats.
