This place keeps going down hill. In the last 3 months all the good employees keep leaving due to the manager being horrible. I quit going to Caribou and will not be back. I tell everyone to avoid the place as it is horrible and the management are all bully's. Not sure what happened, but was told by another customer that a bunch of very hard working friendly employees left about 2 to 3 months ago due to the management and the place has become horrible since. Now the place is slow, dirty, and has unfriendly customer service. Do not waste your time.
