Always a great experience at this Caribou! I ordered ahead and my drink was ready by the time I got there (within 5 minutes). The barista was very friendly and the drink was perfectly made.

I go to this location twice a week to get my bagel and coffee. I typically go to the drive-through, but today I went in to get my order and the barista was so rude first of all she did not get my order properly and second of all she was so rude out of the blue I felt bad for tipping her. I asked her nicely to give me a carrier, but she rudely tossed it at me, which was unnecessary. I am still trying to comprehend her perspective.
