We go every weekend, you can’t go wrong with a burger and fries, or a pancake, two if you’re feeling adventurous. The French toast, American fries and coffee are all staples of our visits. All this brought to you by the coolest staff around, always helpful, couldn’t ask for better anywhere in town or anywhere else, that’s why we go back every Sunday.

Always decent food. Cool place to eat. Absolutely no frills.

Don't miss out on this guys. TBF I have only been here one time and I will most definitely have to try many more of their dishes, to be objective, of course.

Diners like this a few and far between and they're both worthy and deserving of our patronage.

Give it a try, you'll be surprised.

Loved the atmosphere and the staff! Came in while waiting for a doctor’s appointment and we enjoyed our meals. Great portion sized meals for the price and they tasted great too.

Ordered food, asked for extra cooked onions, not the potatoes, those were all almost burnt, think they are allergic to seasoning there as well. Toast was like cardboard, country fried steak was good, and the gravy, eggs are fine.

It wasn’t good. Ordered the chicken fried steak with hollandaise and it arrived as a fried chicken thigh with curdled white gravy. First and last for me at Charlie’s

It's still one of the better breakfast options in Rochester MN. Great basic breakfast of eggs, bacon, home fries, and toast all for under $10. Waitress was great, no waiting in line as they turn tables pretty quick.

Solid breakfast. Small town cafe in a big city. Great prices. Enjoyed the French toast breakfast sandwich. Off street parking available.
