My son is in a wheelchair. I had snowed last week and the sidewalk by the handicap parking was not shoveled. It was very difficult to get through.

Got chicken burrito bowl to go with extra chicken. Chicken was burned to charcoal on one side between 1/8 and 1/4 inch thick. No way cook didn’t know it was too burned to serve. Left a message online, got an I am sorry we didn’t meet your expectations blah blah blah back. Second time I got the carbonized chicken. No offer to give me another one, although at this point, not sure I will ever visit this location again any way

Update-Lenny, the online scam bot stopper employed by Chipotle has been talking with me about my experience with nonsensical responses. Keeps on asking me for a receipt, or email or order number, but I paid with a credit card and ordered in the store and the cashier didn’t give or offer me a receipt. I, against my better judgment, provided my email address and cell phone number, only to be referred to a scam bot that just tries to get scammers to give up. Chipotle doesn’t care about your feedback, they just want you to get frustrated and go away. I want their online bot to delete my cell phone number and email from their database now. With service and responses like this, that is just what will happen, a good portion of their business will go away. Mine has.

Very upsetting to find pieces of meat in a veggie bowl. I've been vegetarian my entire life. Pretty sure I ate a piece. Took a picture of the a piece that was visible. The bowl went straight into the bin. How messy do your food containers have to be for this kind of cross contamination? Very callous.

I placed a online order and once I received it and got home after a long day I opened it up and saw that it was completely wrong and nothing I can eat due to the diet I’m eating and their help chat and store phone number are completely as know was is picking up and or being of any help
