This place is gross. Especially their corporate policies

Very dirty, smears on glass, food surfaces disgusting, hardly any selection, man working was watching shows on his phone very loudly. Subway level of Mayo across from Caribou.

Stopped for a quick snack. Staff was tripping on something. His eyes were bright red and he had a weird look on his face. When he walked from one side of the counter to the other he held onto the counter like he had no clue where he was. Will never visit again. Staff should be able to function slightly while working.

Good food, not too busy. I didn't realize that this was below ground when I first went looking for it.

Very quick service! Friendly staff. Subpar Cinnabon, sadly. I was quite disappointed because it's been years since I had one and I was so excited! The one I got was far from fresh -- barely warm, and almost a little stale even...hard edges... Sigh.

The cinnabon innards rolls weren't very flavorful and hard. Not very fresh. I was really disappointed as I thought they'd be soft and cinnamony. But they didn't have much taste. Overcooked dry and hard on outside. Maybe the regular cinnamon rolls are better. Or maybe they are sitting out to long. They also leave a strange taste.

Crispy around the edges and all of the frosting had melted off. Also stail, probably a few hours old. Did not enjoy.

I've been here a couple times over the years and have yet to have a fresh roll. They have always been hard and cold.

Waited 10 minutes to order food. The cinnamon roll seemed dry and old.

No coffee available and for $6 I got a hard(old?) cinnamon roll. I won't be back.

Dietary restrictions: I was craving a good cinnamon roll, so I went to Cinnabun. Mistake. They don't have coffee and my $6 cinnamon roll was hard. Really?! 15 seconds Ina microwave would have helped but wasn't offered.

Cinamon Rolls are no where near what they used to be like. Drove over an hour to get some. Spent almost 40 bucks and yet not worth the drive or the money. Cinamon roll layers were thin not that thick moist like biting into a piece of bread. Cinamon taste not there either. Frosting ok at best. Sadly the Cinamon Roll is not at this Cinabon.

Not the quality I’ve found at most other stores bun was odd shaped and dry and cold in places. I only picked the caramel nut roll because the classic Cinnabon’s looked so bad. Rated the staff low because they were serving it, they knew how long the’ve been sitting out, and they had plenty of time for chitchat amongst them selves while I was there (10-15 min). The “unsavory appearing buns” didn’t register as a priority. They didn’t appear to mind that the rolls looked like they were all small dark funny looking “ Cinna buns” are different than Cinnabon’s
