I have always had awesome expierences here! Just went in today and had such a good expierence i thought id leave a review. The person who helped me i cant remeber there name but i think it was Alex they had like a redbull themed name tag!

Coffee was good, but don't bother with the grilled cheese sourdough sandwich... they didn't bother to finish toasting it. I don't think it would've helped regardless, the cheese was mediocre.

The service was very bad. This is the second time I come here and they make mistakes in my request. I am very upset with the staff service. It is not nice to repeat this mistake.

First timer personally, I have tried your mocha campfire before, someone else bought for me. So I took my roommate. I asked for 2 of them iced. When we got to the window he handed me the drinks and I was like oh no I ordered it wrong. He looked at me like I was stupid. I was like I'm sorry, first timer here I wanted them blended. He was not very pleasant with me grabbed the drinks and said then those are coolers. Ok fine. I told him I would come in and they could get to them when they could. I went inside and he was working on others orders. I heard him say heres your coolers. I said I'm so so sorry. And there was NO RESPONSE. Also there was no chocolate drizzled on top....I will be going elsewhere next time.

Good coffee but they added a tip to my bill before I paid it when I went through the drive thru. I would have tipped on my own but apparently they wanted to do it for me.

The coffee shop was dead on a Sunday afternoon (10/5/25) - 2 parties of two in line. The male barista was very testy while we ordered. After we picked up our drinks and brought them to our table, we realized the barista hadn't labeled them, so we couldn't figure out which was which. The barista couldn't identify which was which and remade them angrily. The person in our party with a heart condition affected by caffeine didn't feel comfortable drinking the re-made drinks given the attitude of the barista. The female barista was really nice, however. In the future, I recommend that you just go to Starbucks instead.

Thank you for being open on labor day and SPECIAL THANKS TO the lovely baristas working this morning. They were so kind and the service was so fast! Glad I could keep them company on this quiet morning ☺️. Definitely one of my favorite Caribou Coffee locations. Keep up the great work ladies!
Horrible customer service. Employees were rude, snippy and seemed to lack any understanding of respect. Service was slow as well. One star is too generous for this location. If I were allowed to rate lower than one star I most certainly would. I will not be returning to this location.

This is my favorite Caribou I have ever stopped at! The baristas were HILARIOUS and very kind and helpful when I was ordering. I was having the worst day until I stopped in this store and Angelina, Alex, and Remi made my day! Too bad I live out of state or I would be here every morning and every night, rain or shine!!! Have a wonderful day ladies, you deserve it!!!!!!!!!!

Dont know how to make drinks, steamed milk and coffee, heres some warmed up milk in your coffee, also how about we fill it to the point of failure on your lap as you drive away.
