Horrible customer service. Employees were rude, snippy and seemed to lack any understanding of respect. Service was slow as well. One star is too generous for this location. If I were allowed to rate lower than one star I most certainly would. I will not be returning to this location.

This is my favorite Caribou I have ever stopped at! The baristas were HILARIOUS and very kind and helpful when I was ordering. I was having the worst day until I stopped in this store and Angelina, Alex, and Remi made my day! Too bad I live out of state or I would be here every morning and every night, rain or shine!!! Dont know how to make drinks, steamed milk and coffee, heres some warmed up milk in your coffee, also how about we fill it to the point of failure on your lap as you drive away.

The workers were so rude and looked they didn’t want to be there. They got all my order wrong and when I went to tell them they didn’t fix it. My drink was a medium when I ordered a large and when I told the girl working she went and poured it into a large and after 5 sec she brings it and it’s so obvious she didn’t do anything other than pour it into a large. My order also took a while. I am disappointed in the customer service that was provided. The worker their had an attitude and was annoyed when I asked her to fix my drink.

the benches need to be recovered. They are in such bad shape that it could snag your pants/ There is not an easy way to slide over on them. The machines are noisy . Maybe some insulation in the ceiling would help. Be careful with your pricing. It's not easy to bring or buy for a family. It's a one or two person event. I love the windows and the sunlight. I love the coffee. I love the tables and chairs. Bagels with almond/honey cream cheese are my favorite. The drive up window / people are very well trained. I am a good tipper I love the pictures on the walls. The color of the walls are warm and happy. Don't forget to empty the garbage cans. I 'm not very techie and I don't always know about specials. Hello sharing my experience. I had been in caribou coffee Rochester MN N Broadway location on Wednesday December 4th. I ordered a medium pumpkin spice latte. When my drink was ready and announced for me to grab it, I went to the counter and immediately noticed it was a small instead of a medium. I asked, "did I order a medium or a small? I can't remember" I admit I do tend to forget very short term occurrences that quickly, that's why I asked. My friend who was with me looked at the receipt and we confirmed, I ordered a medium. So, I found an employee and told him the mixup. The woman who made my drink grabbed it from me and in 15 seconds tops, gave it back in a Medium cup. Am I overreacting in my thought process or was something wrong with this situation? I never worked in a coffee shop, nor as any barista ever in my life. I'm unaware of the process for making a latte, though it's January 2nd now and (I understand it could be silly, may be a tad anxious,) I still think of the interaction from time to time. Also, I didn't mention here that when I opened my medium cup after her putting it back on the counter, the cup wasn't full. Like...did she just pour the latte from the small cup into the Medium without any adjustments? I can't help but think otherwise, would you? What would you think? Am I overreacting? I believe the workers name was Shay. I understand I could have voiced my concerns to a different employee at the time but I have a hard time with confrontation. Thank you for your time to listen/read my complaint ! 😊
