I ordered the Honey cornbread and she said I don’t have cornbread and give the ice cream with no corn bread the staff doesn’t care and taste no good

Great ice cream and the staff was friendly and prompt in waiting on us. Love the different selections of ice cream choices.

You have to give this ice cream a try. There are so many toppings to choose from. We had wonderful service. We will visit again the next time we're in town.

We really enjoyed our visit to this location. The ice cream was delicious, the toppings were well stocked and the store was clean. Jamie and Tater are doing a great job!!

We took our grandson here after the movies... this was the worst ice cream we have ever had... all three of us agreed it was flavorless and not good... tasted like whipped cream with tons of sugar no flavor... cones were not crunchy kinda floppy. What a waste of money and not good.

Great ice cream. I come here at reasonable times and get served no problem. I don’t come 1 minute before closing time like some other people do and expect employees to stay late because I am too entitled to realize how ridiculous that is.

Was very disappointed with the attitude and offensive language the worker that tried to harass me when I picked up a door dash order he then pretend the guy behind was in front of me to accuse me of being rude to him in real almost every store I work for has workers harassing me so they can get me in trouble with my work or law-enforcement every day. I came here lights were on, people eating icecream outside, door unlocked. I went to look at icecream and was informed they were closed. I look at my phone as it switched from 8:59 9:00. So it was open when I walked in and regardless they could have served me. I rarely write a review but icecream would have made my rough day a little bit better. I blame it on laziness

Went to get ice cream at 3:00pm. Was excited for the Twofer Tuesday as shown on website, the guy working was rude about it when I asked, did respect it was on the site said “well we dont do it” i stood waiting for a minute ready to order & he ignored me continued “wiping” things and i finally said “im ready” never said hi, thank you, have a nice day…nothing. Can tell he hates his job. Def would never go back to this cold stone. Service 0/10

Went with a couple friends and ordered our ice cream there to eat, my sister ordered a tub from the freezer that we would take when we left, she pointed to the freezer and paid for it. While sitting there the guy put a small tub on the counter and said "here's your ice cream". We obviously were not ready to go so I went up to explain we wanted a freezer one to grab when we left and we lived in Austin and didn't want it to melt too much before we got home. The worker didn't say anything or was no help so I grabbed it and we left.

Went In to buy a quart of Ice Cream- The gentleman helping me was extremely nice and very helpful. The excess that wouldn’t fit In the quart he put In a small cup for me to have and even gave us a free small cup of vanilla Ice cream for my dog that was waiting In the car!
