Went to get ice cream at 3:00pm. Was excited for the Twofer Tuesday as shown on website, the guy working was rude about it when I asked, did respect it was on the site said “well we dont do it” i stood waiting for a minute ready to order & he ignored me continued “wiping” things and i finally said “im ready” never said hi, thank you, have a nice day…nothing. Can tell he hates his job. Def would never go back to this cold stone. Service 0/10

Went with a couple friends and ordered our ice cream there to eat, my sister ordered a tub from the freezer that we would take when we left, she pointed to the freezer and paid for it. While sitting there the guy put a small tub on the counter and said "here's your ice cream". We obviously were not ready to go so I went up to explain we wanted a freezer one to grab when we left and we lived in Austin and didn't want it to melt too much before we got home. The worker didn't say anything or was no help so I grabbed it and we left.

Went In to buy a quart of Ice Cream- The gentleman helping me was extremely nice and very helpful. The excess that wouldn’t fit In the quart he put In a small cup for me to have and even gave us a free small cup of vanilla Ice cream for my dog that was waiting In the car!

Got there right as they opened. Very welcoming! They were also doing routine cleaning on the ice cream freezer, which great to see a place that stays clean.

Tried the Apple Pie a la, which was pretty good, but be weary if you don't want to make a mess due to it having both caramel and apple pie filling, it tends to turn out a little more like soup than ice cream, but is still very delicious ?

They might as well hang a “everyone is welcome” sign on the front door.

Friendly workers and delicious ice cream. They could be a little cleaner, though. I didn't enjoy being handed my bowl with sticky ice cream running down its sides already. The fixings could have been mixed in better too, and it maybe wasn't worth the price because ice cream just as good can be gotten elsewhere for much less.

My 5 year old has been requesting Cold Stone all week, so we decided to stop in after our shopping trip for a pre-dinner dessert! (okay, I admit I just wanted ice cream for dinner) Great experience, very nice staff, and all of our ice creams were delicious! Reasonable prices for how much you get. Highly recommend the Apple Pie a la Cold Stone.
