Went In to buy a quart of Ice Cream- The gentleman helping me was extremely nice and very helpful. The excess that wouldn’t fit In the quart he put In a small cup for me to have and even gave us a free small cup of vanilla Ice cream for my dog that was waiting In the car!

Tried the Apple Pie a la, which was pretty good, but be weary if you don't want to make a mess due to it having both caramel and apple pie filling, it tends to turn out a little more like soup than ice cream, but is still very delicious ?

My 5 year old has been requesting Cold Stone all week, so we decided to stop in after our shopping trip for a pre-dinner dessert! (okay, I admit I just wanted ice cream for dinner) Great experience, very nice staff, and all of our ice creams were delicious! Reasonable prices for how much you get. Highly recommend the Apple Pie a la Cold Stone.

The guy who runs and owns this place treats their employees pretty bad, they will use their employees and kick you to the curb like you are just some number. Seeing how this place is run I would give my money to a different business.the manager who ran this place for the last year was amazing and did a great job with our order anytime we went there, I think his name was Troy, but above him the place is run horribly and needs new upper management!!!

Friendly workers and delicious ice cream. They could be a little cleaner, though. I didn't enjoy being handed my bowl with sticky ice cream running down its sides already. The fixings could have been mixed in better too, and it maybe wasn't worth the price because ice cream just as good can be gotten elsewhere for much less.

The server on 11-6 2021 south location Rochester, MN was awesome. A welcomed change from the last few visits between north and south location.He should be a franchise trainer.
