Staff can be very busy but still are attentive and kind and aware of the kind of clientele they are serving (many from medical center and with dietary restrictions).

There is absolutely no place to park. We ended up seating ourselves and waited for a random person to take our order. The service was very bad. Half of the items that are shown on Google are not on the menu. However, the food was good.

While I regret giving only 2 stars, the checkout experience yesterday has marred the overall positive experiences from our 4 other stays this year. Due to a staff error, the front desk team would not honor our Mayo cancer center rate and were quite rude and heartless about the whole matter. My husband is indeed a Mayo cancer patient and this hotel is intended to cater to mayo patients, yet yesterday we were treated poorly and unlike the "valued" customers we should be. Somewhere along the lines the human element was lost. What really was bothersome was their blatant disregard for our continued patronage (again this was our 5th time here in 4 months!) and NOT trying to reconcile a STAFF error to make the situation better for us as IHG "members" and just as people who are going through a difficult situation. Other than the need for compassion and customer service training needed for billing/ front desk staff, the hotel itself is lovely, clean, and in a great location convenient to Mayo. Just beware of getting the wrong person to "help" you at the front desk.

Fantastic find at a great price. Love the subtlety of the positive messages sprinkled throughout the hotel. Very clean and comfortable, and spacious. Convenient to downtown and the medical center. Staff was extremely nice. JB our server each morning was awesome. He’s very knowledgeable about the city, the hotel chain and things to do. The food was very good as well.

My colleagues and I hosted an event at Even Hotel, and it was fantastic! The facility is GREAT! Literally a stunning hotel. The room was really nice - we had a two bedroom suite which was clean, has beautiful bathroom and shower accommodations, and a nice view, too. The conference room was bright with high ceilings and great lighting. They provided lapel microphones, and everything was set up beautifully. The best part of the experience was the staff. They were friendly, most especially, Nick, Jessica and Sharon!
We came to the EVEN Hotel because it is in close proximity to the Mayo Clinic. We are SO happy we made the choice to stay here. Every staff member is kind, courteous, and helpful. It is immaculately clean. The lobby has a beautiful fireplace and beautiful sitting area. The bartender, JB, is personable, kind, and outgoing. I am pregnant so he created a mocktail for me and shared that he is currently working on a full mocktail list. The amenities in the room were fabulous…they even have yoga and workout equipment in the room! They also have a shuttle to the Mayo Clinic and back. We would definitely stay here again.

Have stayed at the hotel and frequented the restaurant, Cork & Kale, off and on for months due to the hospitalization of my child. The hospitality has always been top notch with clean and comfy rooms as well. The bartender JB is the best! So nice and personable. Love being able to chat with him and he ALWAYS gives the BEST service!!

This hotel was so very nice! The lobby was elegantly decorated, and you felt welcomed. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. Our room was very clean, very well decorated and the bed was very comfortable. I loved that the room had black out shades and the bathroom was spacious. The waterfall shower amazing!! I liked that there was a yoga mat in our room and the desk was very nice to sit out to do homework. We had some drinks at the bar and the food that I saw other people eat looked delicious. We will absolutely stay here again.

I love these hotels, it’s so neat to have workout stuff in the room with videos. I also love the breakfast downstairs, you can get it quite cheap and have the best server, JB! The breakfast was surprisingly very good too :)

Excellent rooms and convenient underground parking. Parking garage is also heated!! Nice TVs in the room with onscreen streaming options that you can control from your phone or laptop using Chromecast, billing details, late checkout and extended stay requests, all controlled with TV remote. All rooms have some form of exercise equipment, which is a nice touch. Pretty sure upgraded rooms have Pelatons. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Good food in the restaurant. J.B. was my server and I can't imagine better service! Great location, close to some good places to eat: Canadian Honker, Saints on 2nd, The Taphouse has a great selection of beers and good food. Only negative is the parking garage is a bit tight. Be careful around corners.
