Crooked Pint Ale House

We had the Classic Lucy's for dinner tonight. They were cooked to perfection, and the waffle fries were hot and fresh. Our server Jayda was pleasant and did an excellent job taking care of us.

I was wearing my Vietnam veterans ball cap when I walked in. I was greeted with a "Thank you for your service" by Lindsay. As we exchanged pleasantries I saw the genuine deep appreciation she has for veterans. My wife and I had pizza for supper. May I also say that it was a great pizza, one of the best I've had. It seems they have a good reputation for their Pizza. Our server, Jordan, was equally as pleasant and appreciative. The atmosphere was great and I noticed I was sitting underneath a wall painting of the American flag. When it came time to pay the bill I discovered it was already paid for by, I can only assume, Lindsay. A BIG THANK YOU TO LINDSAY AND JORDAN!!!

It was great to enjoy Crooked Pint again since the north location closed. Tucked out of the way just off Broadway, it’s now a hidden gem for South Rochester. Service was a little slow today and we were disappointed to see one person running the entire bar and restaurant. Eventually, other staff arrived to pitch in. Throughout, everybody had a terrific service-oriented attitude. That’s great teamwork! Of course we will be back. And definitely recommend the bone-in wings with sriracha sauce!

ive been visiting this establishment over the course of my stay at the amercinn hotel and the waiter cash he is an outstanding guy the best waiter i have ever had wait on me i wish he was able to go back to my home state south dakota and teach all the waiters there on how to be a great waiter i cant express how awsome he is of a waiter i hope me and my mom get to see him again in the future we were going to go see him today before this post and before we leave rochester and the mayo clinic but got held up and wont get to say bye but i was able to call the restraunt and let him know thanks for the awsome service

Great service and atmosphere. The candied bacon Lucy was quite possibly the best burger I’ve ever had. Please add it to your permanent menu!! The rest of my family agrees!

This place was terrible place to stay. The staff treated me and my family, we asked pillows on the phone and they ultimately didn’t answer. We finally went to the office where the two staff members were stirring chating. They told us they might now have any pillows and they would call us late, in the afternoon we went back down and asked for more blankets and pillows. They gave us two blankets but told us that “ we already asked for the pillows and they told us we shouldn’t ask again. But I think the worst part of it all is the whole place is falling apart. The photos online were not true the lighting is dim and the plaint is peeling. The service lied about the pool and being busy. Please DO NOT STAY HERE. The whole place discusses me.

It’s terrible this place is also HAUNtED, me and my family were running to an open elavator where we saw a man walk into the counter, when we finally got in the Salvatore the man was gone but there was to time or place he could of gotten out. This place gives an uncanny valley feeling that makes you feel like you are constianly getting watched!

One of our favorite places to stop. We like going to places who have great service. Lindsay, is my favorite bartender/server in town. Her smile, and energetic personality is unmatched. Crooked Pint is lucky to have such a great asset. Keep up the great work Lindsay and team!

We had to wait a few minutes for anyone to notice us at the front even though it wasn't busy, but the wait was worth it. Lauren P. was our server, and she was super helpful and patient in helping me find dairy free options. I had the barbacoa tacos without the cheese or avocado ranch sauce and they were delicious and dairy free. My husband was very happy with his burger and totchos. The food was hot and yummy and came quickly. Good draft beer selection, too. We will definitely be back!

Dietary restrictions: Barbacoa tacos and Asian tacos could both be made dairy free but leaving off the cheese and the sauce on the barbacoa tacos. Delicious, too!

Best bartender server ever! The 2nd night we were in (we were staying at the adjoined hotel) he remembered the beer and drink we had both ordered from the night before. Food was pretty good too. Easy to find a table in the bar area around 8pm. Also adjoined to a comedy club and he let us know we could go in there for the free open mic night and he could deliver our drinks/food in there if we wanted. Nice place.

First off, I like Crooked Pint, I really do. However, tonight's experience was nothing short of a hot mess. Out table of 5 was seated quickly. And then ignored for 30 minutes. No water, no drink orders, nothing. Eye contact or a wave to wait staff was ignored multiple times. My wife checked in with the front desk... Nothing. Someone else stopped by with someone else's food (?) and I let her know that no one aside from the hostess who seated us had even acknowledged us for 30 minutes. Surely someone will stop by, right? Nope! After 45 minutes of waiting, a friend checked in with the bartender. He sounded indifferent and "didn't know" who our server was. She checked with a server grabbing drinks for our section and received a similar response. At this point, we had wasted nearly an hour, so we left.I get it, it was busy. Maybe they were short staffed. Working in a restaurant is hard work. Still, not a single person was willing to take any ownership of the situation, let alone acknowledge their guests.What an absolute mess.

Honey Sriracha Salmon Bowl is delicious! Wings are delicious! Nachos! Cash, the bartender, is awesome! Honest and great sense of humor! Relaxed atmosphere
