I have been there 3xs in the past few weeks. It has the WORST service I have ever encountered. You are seated by a hostess, then you wait for at least 10+ minutes for your server to come to at get your drink order, give you the menus. Then when he finally comes back to the table 10+ minutes later with your drinks, has the nerve to say "oops got side tracked". I mean I can understand if you get "side tracked" when you are balls to the walls busy, but that was not the case. Another couple came in, waited at the hostess station for 7-10 minutes to be seated, and decided to seat themselves. The servers and hostesses walked by them in the booth for about 5 minutes. The gentleman goes to the bar and orders their own drinks and then gets chastised by the bartender stating " you must have snuck in and not waited to be seated. The gentleman then explains the situation and I tell the bartender, that the hostesses and servers have been standing at the particular table just visiting. I mean seriously!!!

It was a comedy show night, there was staff everywhere, no one would seat us. When we did get seated we waited 20 minutes without even getting water. No one at tables around were served drinks, appetizers, or food.The manager and servers walked by us multiple times and when we attempted to make contact they quickly and intentionally looked away from us. My first experience at the Waite Park, MN restaraunt was just as bad and again we had to leave without even being served water.

Had a great lunch of a custom Juicy Lucy. Great servers and the burger and fries were amazing. Prices are very reasonable. Will be back.

First off, a sign at the hostess station would be nice!! Please be seated or wait to be seated!! Not to hard. When the manger has to stop and ask if I have been helped after sitting at a bar high top for 20 mins with nothing in front of me? That’s bad! When you order an appetizer and meal, you normally get the appetizer first then the meal. Not both at the same time! So my dinner and fries were cold! Side note, maybe 12 patrons total in the place! So they were not swamped in which case I would understand any delays. Food tastes great and the beer is cold! Service is severely lacking!! ******Went back with my wife because it’s attached to the hotel and she didn’t want to drive anywhere. There was a young lady at the hostess station promptly seating people as they came in. The young man that waited on us was attentive and quickly had our appetizer out and then our meals!!? % improvement. Maybe you were just short staffed the previous night. The food was awesome again!!

I just ate here for the first time last Friday with a group of 8. Basically the server took our order and never came back. We had to get up & ask for waters...table was a disaster and we had to get up and ask for the bill.On the way out the door , I asked the bartender for a pop to go. He literally snapped at me and told me to ask the hostess!! There wasn't a hostess up front so just left. Couldn't get any worse service.

Come here every other Monday from gymnastics for dinner. Food is great I recommend the hog heaven, service is good. They gave claw machines and games for kids. Only thing I don't like is that the bathrooms are super cold that's about the only thing!

Great beer options. Appetizers were very good (fried mozzarella cheese balls). Juicy Lucy hamburger options were excellent. You won't go away hungry (or if you do, it's not on them). This was my "go get anything you want meal" before brain surgery at Mayo the next day. A really good choice.
This was absolutely the WORST experience I've had in ANY restaurant setting. The manager was our server, it wasn't busy whatsoever. We were still waiting on our food after 1.5 hours, then another server who had just clocked in was kind enough to actually check on us. We requested our original server/ the manager to come speak with us and he didnt, then walked by our table and said he felt "robbed" since the new server told us we didn't have to pay for our bill. Customer service & communication with your customers goes a long way, and as far as management, this place is trash.

First time ordered pick up from Green Mill, hostess entered in order wrong and didn’t realize we had a plain cheese pizza until we got back home. Manager was suppose to cancel card charge and would provide gift card—neither were done. Card still processed and gift card given shows no balance.Second time, went for dine in. Got seated right away but after nobody taking our order after 25 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant we left. Plenty of staff, not busy, but no service.

First time in and Cash was an AWESOME bartender and was very accommodating to our dietary restrictions. Went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Drinks were awesome loved the cider, great vibes! Will definitely be back :)

First time coming into Crooked Pint, the Atmosphere is really nice & laid back, no creepy vibes at all, seems like a safe place for everyone(:Great service! I sat up at the bar. The bar is really nice & has a lot of beers on Tap. But I wanted to really give a shout to Cash who was bartending while I was here. He was very nice & had great customer service! I'm vegan & he went above & beyond to check to see if the Pretzel was Vegan, (it is) it's really hard to find someone who will actually check. He even brought the box to me to double check which I really appreciated. 10/10 would recommend. I will definitely be back!(((:Vegetarian options: Gigantic Pretzel is Vegan((: it's massive
