We love crumbl. This location, the staff is horribly rude and make all the cookies sloppy. These are expensive and they should be made appropriately. Corporate needs to do something about this location.

Cookies were preordered but nothing was ready when we arrived. When we showed up we were put into a queue to wait for them to start preparing the order. The people working were extremely slow. It took almost 20 minutes to get cookies that we had ordered in advance.

I have never had any problems with my orders. I always do curbside. The wait isn't to bad either.
Crumbl has never disappointed from anywhere (have only ordered for delivery). The delivery service/how they notify people however is not the best and could use some work (our order was canceled and we weren’t even notified they were here). One bad experience however does not “ruin” it for me, and we will still order again for the delicious-every-single-time cookies.
