The order taker was great. She asked all the right questions to get our food right. She was an older woman, pleasant smile and friendly. Our food was great, served hot and promptly at a very clean table. The rest rooms were clean and smelled fresh. It was a great experience in Rochester, MN on the first day of fall 2025.

Let me just say that this place is off the charts! 😎 I say that for many things when it comes down to this place, especially the the burgers and shakes, but the way that they keep their standard of this is phenomenal, the way they keep the freshness of the food 🍔🍟🍤 is outstanding! Seriously, they don't jip you from having a nice portion and enjoying it was phenomenal and definitely for the fact that you can look at the food and it looks nearly 98% of what you would see on the Culver's commercials 🥲... It was hard to find really, the taste is definitely there and your options are very well available but it's not too overwhelming, the shrimp battered 🍤 is amazing 🤩... Everything we ate was with happiness and we were smiling before we even had a chance to take our 2nd bites lol. Just nodding at of each other, my fiance and I because we knew already that this was going to be our go-to spot even more so than ever. I've had this over the last few years that I've gotten a chance to stop in but lately I've been returning over and over. It just keeps getting better and better, Stop by here and get hooked up with something delicious 🤤 and try some delicious food. You will not be disappointed and I hope that you love 💕 it just as much as we do!

This location is always clean with friendly staff. The best interaction I have had is with Kai. He was friendly and kind. Love the food!
Update: I had another absolutely fabulous interaction. Martin came out to update me multiple times and gave me a free next meal due to some extra time needed to make my meal while training someone. I felt truly taken care of and Martin was a perfect example of great customer service!!
