The order taker was great. She asked all the right questions to get our food right. She was an older woman, pleasant smile and friendly. Our food was great, served hot and promptly at a very clean table. The rest rooms were clean and smelled fresh. It was a great experience in Rochester, MN on the first day of fall 2025.

Let me just say that this place is off the charts! 😎 I say that for many things when it comes down to this place, especially the the burgers and shakes, but the way that they keep their standard of this is phenomenal, the way they keep the freshness of the food 🍔🍟🍤 is outstanding! This location is always clean with friendly staff. The best interaction I have had is with Kai. He was friendly and kind. Love the food!

Update: I had another absolutely fabulous interaction. Martin came out to update me multiple times and gave me a free next meal due to some extra time needed to make my meal while training someone. I felt truly taken care of and Martin was a perfect example of great customer service!!
