I had a really negative experience. My pizza and order was absolutely soaked in grease. It was also late. We called and were told the pizza had been picked up be the wrong driver. It was also very cold when we did get it. We reached out to the store for a refund and we're deined the refund and offered a coupon. We will not be ordering from dominos here in Rochester again. I don't blame the driver I blame management.

Ordered online for pick up. Friendly staff good pizza. Only drawback was parking the car. It was so busy (Fri @6pm) that I couldn't park. Good idea is to drop a person to run in and grab the za and run back out.

I called this place twice to place an order and they kept hanging g up on me after they answered and I said hello then they picked up the phone and hung up.Need so.e new workers or managers forreal.I would rather another pizza place rude dam workers it is not my fault they busy.Lose alot of customers doing g that crap PERIOD and I'm one of them never will I call this place again and dam sure not my family and friends.

Ordered a cheese pizza and it came with BBQ sauce instead of the regular tomato sauce. How do you mess up a cheese pizza? Seriously. This isn't the first time either. Would heavily recommend not to order anything in the afternoon. Whoever the night crew is, should probably look for a new job. Lost a customer.
