The service is so bad we waited for 2 hours but the pizza was still not here. When we called they said that the address was invalid. They even took our number, but they didn’t even send us a message saying that the address was invalid. It was the same person as the first time but he didn’t even recognize us. Then he gave it to his Manager and the manager told us that the address was invalid. The employee also said that there was no order under our name or phone number. In short I will not recommend this dominos.

I ordered pizza for delivery and they never delivered it so after an hour we called and they said the address was invalid when I repeated it twice. When I called they also said there was no order under my name. They kept me waiting for 2 hours.

Best dominos I’ve had in a while. Dominos used to be my favorite pizza chain. However the one closest to my house back home is terrible. Eating here took me back to the good ole days. My pizza came out perfect every time. The crust 🤌🏽

I was very disappointed! The loaded tater tots were burned. I didn't realize when I ordered that building your own pasta only came in a bread bowl. The order was marked as delivered when it had not arrived. I had to call the store. At least it did get delivered. At the Sumter SC Domino's, I ended up picking my food up when it was supposed to be delivered. Domino's use to be good. Now I am done with them.😒

Last night I ordered the New York style pizza. It was my second time of doing so. It's not worth it. Everything else I've ordered has been hot and cheesy and saucy and last night my pizza was dry and overcooked and the toppings didn't reach the edges at all... Most of the time I'm happy with this Domino's location, just don't order the New York style!
Pretty disappointed. We like to do pizza parties for our employees, and this time I chose this location instead of the other one that is just as close to us. The employee answering the phone sounded pretty annoyed, but the delivery driver was much worse. No personality, no smile. Just someone who looks like they completely hate either their job or working with people. You are in the wrong business if you don't want to work with the public. To spend such a large amount of money but not have any gratitude from the company is disapppointing. Have a great day!

Can we please stop leaving deliveries right in front of the front door stacked up so we can't even open our door to get the food without pushing the boxes over?
