One of the things about visiting Rochester especially the Mayo Clinic is the opportunity to go to Dunkin Donuts. Located conveniently a block away from the Gonda building and accessable via the underground walkway it is an easy place to visit. When I do come here the staff is always friendly, coffee or hot chocolate is hot and the quality of the sandwich or donut I get is generally of high quality.

Parking: If you are already downtown and within walking distance to Dunkin Donuts you are in my luck however if you are driving in you will likely have to park in a paid lot or if you are lucky there is a few paid spots on the street.

Walked in at 1:10, sign says they close at 2. Kitchen was already closed, only option was donuts. They locked the door to other customers after we left.

Lisa was an outstanding employee. Beyond personable and cared about our family as a person individually and not a number. She went above and beyond and gifted our children with free water out of the kindness of her heart while enjoying our first amazing experience at Dunkin’. If you haven’t been; or debating which location to choose, please chose this one as you won’t regret it , and you’ll be missing out on a once in a lifetime experience.

Always a good place to stop and smell the donuts. I can only eat five or six before people start to stare and whisper. Ur so r let the donut whisperers stop you from enjoying your favorite donut. Taste it. Savor it. Then order your sixth donut.

This place is always worth the extra walk for me. I love their donuts and they always have a chill vibe in their dining area. There’s plenty of seating and the people are always super kind and super helpful. Although donut selection is best in the morning, there are still usually a few options left in the afternoon when I make my way there.

Jay the assistant general manager is a boss he steadily be on the good customer service practices and looking out for his employees and you. Makes for an environment you want to come back to for a multitude of reasons and if corporate tries to overlook a pay raise because I didn’t include his last name I guess you could say that was my assumption to be ready to point out how they could be scheming if necessary for me to do. It’s all love for the good service I receive each time I go to this spot and Jay or one of his people got me.

Skylar and Donald do the most to make sure people are happy even when things are busy and hectic, one of the best coffee crews in town, and definitely the best atmosphere 10/10 never gonna stop coming here

Great food and coffee. Hot fresh and fast. We did not get the gentlemen’s name that made our food but he had wonderful costumer service. He also went around and washed the tables and was very friendly to each guest. We did not get his name but he had a small brace on his forearm that may make it easy to ensure he gets properly thanked for his wonderful customer service.
