As soon as a friend and I walk into El Carambas the cashier rudely said to us "What do you want?" We ordered our food that was highly over priced and dry. Along with drinks we did not receive. Use to love this place but not impressed by how my friend and I were treated.

We just moved to Rochester & have tried several mexican restaurants & this place is the best in Rochester!!! Everything is delicious!! Tacos, tostadas, fresh chips, birria tacos, the variety of salsas, & oh, the menudo is the best ever!!!We will be there often!!! We used to LOVE to eat at this place!Now it doesn't even taste the same anymore! The meat is such poor quality it's hard to eat. It doesn't taste the same and they're cutting corners! They've doubled their prices and the food portions are smaller. I don't recommend this place and I will not be going back!
