Fiesta Catrina is probably the best most authentic Mexican food in Rochester. Moving up from Phoenix Arizona to Rochester I was looking for an authentic Mexican food restaurant and was let down with everything Rochester had to offer until I found this place. The food is fresh and never disappoints. I suggest the quesadilla or the blue corn tacos. The esquites (Mexican street corn) are the best in town. Give it a try and you wont be disappointed.
Location is in a gray vibe. I got to have a whole reflection on my life scene in my head for how twilight-ish the area is but that STREET CORN WAS AMAZING. I can't tell fs the blue corn tacos was good (I let them get to cold munching on the corn) but the person was really nice and apologize for not have a fast service but I didn't think it was slow. He told me how he makes everything fresh I was happy of that and there was a bench to sit at and enjoy the sun.

It was so hard to choose what to eat, with today's food truck race and all the taco trucks in Rochester Fiesta Catrina is the best so far with a unique and varied menu for all kinds of tastes and cravings, they are rocking with all the delicious food and deserts; oh and the aguas frescas are the boom! 🤤
