Cashier at the window was very rude and disrespectful. They passed our sandwich out through the window not in the bag not properly closed or nothing.

I went to Firehouse Subs for the first time and was really impressed. I ordered the Hook and Ladder and it was delicious. The whole sandwich was toasted, not just the bread, and I really liked that. It gave everything a warm, melty texture that made it stand out.

They also have a hot sauce bar, which is a fun touch. I tried the Sizzlin Scorpion sauce with my sandwich and it was a great combo.

The atmosphere was also memorable. The place is designed to look like a firehouse, which makes sense since it was founded by firefighters. I also appreciated learning that they donated nearly 1.5 million dollars to life saving gear earlier this year. The brick walls and firefighter decor give it a warm and welcoming feel. Definitely worth checking out.

Firehouse is best..wish we could get one on la crosse..but no we need to have 15 subways...very tender delicious toasted subs

Good sandwiches but we were the only ones in the drive thru and there was nobody inside and we had to wait over 10 minutes at the window.

Very unpleasant experience, especially attacking over the phone with the manager. I waited in line through the drive through very long. Nobody came back and told me anything and yeah, now they don't want to refund my money and she thinks I can come get my sandwich tomorrow wht a terrible manager which should be the next day, which it'll be soggy and old. Gross, do not recommend this place, not the Rochester. Minnesota one anyways
