Hypno Donut

8 Dollars and 65 cents after tax, no sides, no drink, and the sandwich is smaller than the palm of my hand..

Our order was hard to hear over speaker because of traffic in the area, but once we did our order, we got our food quickly. It was soooo good! The food was hot. We love the flavors, and my husband tried something different and said it was very delicious also. The drink quality is rather large, and appreciated that.

I had a request that my sandwich be made with new gloves due to being a vegetarian. 1 of the workers went above and beyond to make my sandwich separately and did it happily. I was very impressed with her accommodations.

Firehouse has the best veggie sub in town! I pick them before all others and am pleased every time I order.Vegetarian options: Their veggie sub feels like they actually created this dish with the intention of making a tasty sandwich as opposed to other sandwich shops where the veggie sub feels like an afterthought.

As an Uber delivery driver this is obscene. They use this place to make or break your money making and trip offers. The “mistakes” that were made on “my” part are always a bit too coincidental and extreme. It is very disappointing how they view my workmanship and how they have other businesses view them as well.

I always order the Italian or the cajun chicken sandwich! Both are extremely good! $21.61 for two mediums.

I feel like it's on the expensive side for the amount of food I got, and it kind of took forever to get it, but it was definitely very good! The Hook & Ladder sandwich is excellent, so is their mac & cheese. So much better quality than a typical fast food place for roughly comparable prices. ??

The manager was very nice. She made small talk while I waited. The food was perfect. The store was clean. I commented that I had never seen a drive-through, so that was interesting. For me, it's weird. But oh well.

Here's the thing...The sandwiches themselves? Awesome. However...it seems every place now is asking for tips. It's not that I have an issue giving tips...it's the way in which the tips are asked for, and that's in addition to them FIRST asking if you'd like to round up your total to donate to first responders. Totally fine with rounding up for that. Happy to support them! But when you use the drive thru at this place, they basically force your hand and guilt trip you into giving a tip. My most recent drive thru visit went like this: after saying yes to rounding up for first responders, the employee at the window then said, "Now it's going to ask you if you want to leave a tip on this machine, but I cannot pass it through the window & hand it to you."I actually know this is false, because a different employee on my previous visits has literally handed me the machine through the window and told me I need to select if I want to leave a tip on it, and that she cannot do it for me.In the most recent example, telling someone you cannot hand them the machine is:A) lyingB) an awkward & rather forced way to guilt trip someone into leaving you a tip, because they know people are less likely to say "no" than if they were to just select "no tip" on the machine.Again, I'm all for tipping. I was a server for 8 years in my 20s. Economic times are tough right now, so I don't mind leaving tips. But you really shouldn't flat out lie to people or guilt trip them into leaving you one, which is what employees at this place will sometimes do.Please consider your approach when it comes to tipping. You really should allow people to select on the machine how much of a tip, if any, they want to leave.
