We loved watching them make the noodles while we were waiting for our food. The food was without question the best Asian type food we’ve ever had! There’s just something about the flavor profiles in every dish that have layer upon layer of taste. So excellent five stars plus. I come to the Mayo Clinic regularly for some medical stuff, and we eat here almost every day when we’re in town. We even take dishes to go home so we have leftovers the next day or two.

This place. Is. Amazing. Hand-pulled noodles right here in Rochester? Yes please. And everything I've tried from the menu has been fresh, flavorful, and delicious. This is truly a hidden gem, and I take anyone who visits here to see what type of wonderful food we have available in our little city.

Excellent all around. We started off with Garlic Fried Edamame, nice large bowl that the 4 of us shared, Very Good. We received our main course. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Each Entrée was made with hand pulled noodles. The noodles were light and tender. With varying flavors. I ordered Garlic Chicken (substituted Shrimp) Fried Noodles with onions and peppers. It was EXCELLENT. Great meal for all.

You can see them make the noodles right in front of you! Don't think I ever waited longer than 10 min from ordering to having my food ready. Highly recommend!

Absolute 5-star lunch here! The restaurant is small, the seating limited, but the customer service is so efficient that tables were cleared immediately. The place was consistently full on this Saturday at lunchtime, but no one had to wait. Also, I noted they had a vigorous take-out business.

Like other people, we were seated right away and immediately met our server to get drinks ordered. We ordered pan-fried beef dumplings to share. I had the braised egg and braised pork noodles while my husband had the Mongolian beef. The wait for food was minimal. The noise level was low, making it easy to talk, and it was fun to watch the incredible cooks stretching and twining noodles in the kitchen.

The food was extraordinary. Truly artful stuff. This restaurant is highly rated for many reasons.

When we were done, the plates were immediately cleared and we were asked if we were done. We were able to pay right away. Again, amazing, attentive service.

We would gladly come here again.

Pretty neat chinese noodle house with casual atmosphere.

You have a front row seat to large bay windows looking into the kitchen where almost everything is made. I like to gesture a thumbs up 👍 or a supremacy 👌 to let them know I really liked the dish.

The noodles are made by hand right in front of you.

The Tsingtao beer has a very unique flavor and pairs really well with the Chingqong spicy soup (which has a very manageable heat btw). If you finish the noodles before the broth, you can ask for more noodles if you're appetite desires. I saw a guy next to me put the black vinegar in his and he really enjoyed it.

Let me start off by saying I’m convinced every Asian cuisine place I’ve been to prior to eating here, this place has 100% put them to shame. The fresh noodles, to the delicious sauce and the pan fried dumplings were so good. The Mongolian beef noodles were the star of the show though. We got medium spice and the way the spice was infused with the perfect sweetness of the sauce, the thickness of the sauce and the sauce to noodle ratio was perfect. The fresh hand-pulled noodles were incomparable to any other noodles we’ve had. The fried rice was super good, too. Don’t skip the yummy sauce with the rice. That definitely was our first memorable meeting with the tastiest dishes. If you have the opportunity to sit at their bar, it’s cool to watch their kitchen at work and watch them hand stretch the noodles right in front of you. We loved our experience. Staff was great, too!
